Need a quick start guide to auria.

I mostly use auria for overloud th. but I am aliitle overwhelmed to record in auria so I always use GarageBand. Can anybody give a quick tutorial on using auria to record?

Find a link for a 7-day free trial at lynda.com.
They have a really great tuturial. You can cancel the trial before the 7 days are over!
