Drum Machine Please

Post by Kimball492 » Sat Jul 27, 2013 6:55 am

Hi Guys had Auria for a while now desperate for some drum percussion plugins there's
Lots of available plugins for efxs etc which is great to see . But we really need a Steven Slate
Toontrack or Xln drum percussion plugin. Or if any guys can recommend something to use with
Auria it would be much appreciated.
Kind regards

Kimball

Steve slate will never do it but him and fabrice really should. Besides IGOG is amazing. I really hope some time is spent on updating this amazing app soon as its really the best drum app ( for real drummers ) on IOS. The touch is truly amazing. Also I use the DM1 app for sequencing and trigger better samples n such with the drumagog plugin direct in Auria.

IGOG !

My 2 cents.

Using dm1 with iPad air. Can't load it without it crashing constantly. Reinstalled many times. I like the app but it has problem. Please recommend drum app best for auria. Thanks.

I second that. By the way, I also use the iGog app, it's even better than DrumPerfect, but it's not a nativ iPad app unfortunately.

All the best!

Does iGOG play OK with iOS8 and iPad AIR? I somehow have never heard of this app.

Cheers

Thinds, it's not that iGog doesn't work weel with my iPad air - I'll stay with iOS 7 for now, btw - but the fact it has not been updated for quite a while, doesn't have Audiobus support etc., makes me recommend DrumPerfect, despite iGog's actual musical results being way better.

All the best!

Thanks @theconnactic, saw the last update was 2010 and should have realised no AB. I will keep on with Drumperfect and DM1.

I'm in the midst of developing a drum app that will rival the likes of EZDrummer, Addictive Drums, etc....working with the iFretless guys to get this out there. My plan is to have IAA and audiobus compatibility to integrate into Auria....I have a "working" version that I've been using for a while now for all my drum tracks and it takes me literally minutes to construct pro tracks. Here's a sample...

Just drums...studio kit and funk kit

I'm just a shy guy with a big pick...

I've been using DM1. I have not done a huge amount with it. I use the pads to play the rhythms myself, and layer them. The kits seem to be pretty good. I have not had any crashes, but I have not upgraded to iOS 8 yet, and don't intend to for a few revisions.

DM1 has some good kits, but the App never seems to work right. Full of bugs, never could get
It to work right.
