Time Stretch and Pitch

Howdy!

Is there any way to use time stretch to stretch a region to a desired length WITHOUT keeping the original pitch?
The effect I'm looking for is comparable to turning the speed wheel on a 4-track tape recorder. So the pitch goes up or down depending on how short or long the region is.
