Transferring songs to pc

Post by Cr333 » Mon May 06, 2013 5:12 pm

Newbie here. I'm loading up my iPad 2 16 gig way too fast with new songs created on Auria and need to send them to my PC hard drive. How do I do this so I can reload them later into the iPad to remix or edit? Thanks!

I recommend getting a free program called iFunBox. It lets you look inside your iPad's disk and copy files back and forth. Auria projects are folders, and so it's just a matter of copying the project folder to your computer, then back again when you want to use it.

Cool. I'll have to check that out too. So might this be an easier way to back up our projects than going through iTunes (which I'm not a big fan of)?

Rim, thanks a lot! This program is a real life saver. Just transferred 8 gigs of music files off my iPad to my pc as easy as can be.

Any chance of implementing a product that allows file transfers to a HD connected to your router. I am using Pogo Plug for almost all file transfers to and from my iPad. I haven't docked my iPad for months!

I've got WiFi drive support on my list for a future update, and this will probably support a few of the available devices, but it's not practical to add support for everything. Unfortunately there's no standard for these things, and Apple doesn't provide any standardization for external WiFi drives.
