No output.
Hi guys. Probably a simple answer here. Ipad4 apogee jam. Ios 6. Something
I have started a new session with only one track. I have my guitar hooked up. Record Is armed. I can see signal in. But the signal does not reach the master output . I actually recorded some guitar but the recorded sample still doesn't reach the master out.
I haven't had a chance to use this lately, but it was all working before.
Any ideas?
Thank you,
Shawn

Re: No output.
Also, audio monitor is on.
Re: No output.
You won't see any audio on the master meter when recording, but you should hear the signal. Are you not hearing audio?

Hi Rim.
Yeah, no audio. The last time I had an opportunity to use the program was months ago. I could plug my guitar in to the Jam and get audio output to the speaker or headphone jack, now nothing.
I'm sure it's something very simple that I have overlooked.

Re: No output.
OK, some things to check:
1. Make sure the USB indicator is lit on the top of Auria's mixer screen.
2. Make sure the gain control is up on the side of the Jam (it's a little thumb wheel control)
3. Check your record level in Auria. You get to this menu my holding down on the rec button on that track.

Re: No output.
I don't think the USB indicator is lit. It has a blue and green button. One says 44.1, and the other says INT.
I'm on 6.1.2 of the operating system.
All other checks are fine. I can get audio into it, and it records, I just can't hear it on the way in.
Thank you,
Shawn

Re: No output.
Are you using headphones? You'll only be able to monitor a recording with headphones. Also, on iOS 6.12, make sure you plug the headphones in first when using the Apogee Jam or Mic (plug in headphone before plugging in the Jam).

Re: No output.
That worked. I could have sworn the speaker worked before for a monitor, but I guess not. Anyway, thank you Rim.
