Stereo split internal?

Hi guys.

Just started making my way through the process of getting to grips with the system and must say I'm loving it.

My question: is it possible to bounce a stereo signal internally to 2 mono tracks?

Yes, this is possible using mixdown. There's an option for Split Stereo in the mixdown settings. This will produce two mono tracks - one L and one R.
