Can you assign tracks to outputs.

So I have bought a Scarlett 8i6 and want to route a track to a output. Currently I can't find a way to do it. So I put the aux sends on pre fader. Then muted the channel, turned up the aux 1 and 2 as its stereo. Then finally set the aux to be on a different output. Then the other channel goes out the master output. Can I do this any easier?

Probably the easiest way to do this is by using the subgroups. Just assign your track to a subgroup (for example Sub 1), then route that subgroup to the output of your choice in the output matrix.
