1. move play head to in marker
2. move play head to out marker
3. move play head to start of selected region(s)
4. move play head to end of selected region(s)
5. select all regions in looped area
6. select all regions on highlighted track
7. adjust tempo so that selected region matches the looped area (ie make a 4 bar loop and then select the region you would want to fit exactly into that area)
8. pressing stop toggles from in-marker to beginning of song.
9. A few customisable short cut buttons somewhere on the edit screen!
All are very useful when you record songs which don't have a click.

I want to suggest "select all to the right of the play head".
For cases such as you want to make room from a specific position till the end, on all tracks for new audio data, such as paste or punch-in
