MY AURIA DON'T WORK!!! CRASH EVERY TIME!!!

After ultimate update I can't open my Auria for work on my tracks!!! I've an iPad 2....and I have all my songs in your app....I'm really hungry!!!

Sorry about that. To fix this, please follow these steps:

1. Open iTunes (or another file transfer program), and copy all your projects to a safe place
2. Delete Auria from your iPad
3. Reinstall it. The easiest way is to go to the app store and buy it again. You will not be charged any money again.
4. Copy back your saved projects.

Rim...Auria crashes...i cant even open it...even after 3 hard reset...unworking anymore...i just re-installed everything yesterday...what ever if your advice will be to save projects in Itunes then delete then re-install but there is q problem Rim you must see that. And when i re install all purchases with the restore purchazing icone it doesnt install properly all my purchases...for exemple the Convolution Reverb doesnt get in with the library...It installs the Convolution Rzverb blank so to make it work i have to re install manually each in apps purchases one by one and it took 2 hours yesterday...it start to really not be interesting to get Auria in those conditions...honnestly.

The convolution reverb issue is a separate issue, and this has been solved in 1.06. The issue is that the reverb has a maximum of 1024 files. If you install all the optional IR files, it will be more than 1024...

If you delete Auria and reinstall, it will work fine. I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Hopefully the next update will go much more smoothly.

Ok Rim but the update of the app to solve this huge bug is very urgent because if we need to erase and re upload and save projects eat...every 24 hours, it's going to be mad, no???

I have re-install yesterday and I'm lose a part of my recordings.....and now I don't want to re-take it....I have all the songs of my next Album in your App and I have spend lot of money in you in-App purchased...and now I need to continued my work....it's a big problem for me

There's no reason why anyone should loose any recordings or projects. Please remember to copy your projects from Auria onto a computer before you delete Auria. This way you have a backup copy of all your work. This is done very easily using either iTunes File Sharing, or another app like iExplorer or iFunBox (both are free).

Strange I've had no problems on my iPad 3? But Auria is less stable on my 2. Probably just device resources. But iExplorer is $4.99 FYI

iExplorer the pc program, not the iOS app. But either way I would suggest iFunbox, much easier to use then iExplorer in every way.

I installed and used Iexplorer last night and I didn't have to pay , transferred my projects over just great

also installed a fresh Auria ,then transferred my projects back to my iPad , and its all just working pukka ATM best its been

These issues seem to only affect certain users, and only during the upgrade process. It's possible that Auria was still running in the background when it was upgraded. In any case, I'm fairly certain I've found the issue in the code and fixed it, so upgrading to 1.06 when it becomes available should not cause the same issue.

Yes Rim but the problem is that in France the AppStore only propose the version 1.5 and this is really the latest version proposed by AppStore France...what to do??????

1.06 is still in development and not ready yet. I hope to finish it by the end of this week. Then, I will submit it to Apple and the review will hopefully take one week.
