Pretty sure you can tap and hold on an empty area in the track's control area (by the mute button...) and drag to rearrange. Think you can do this in the mixer view as well. Sorry, not in front of my iPad at the moment.

You could also use any app that supports both iTunes loading and copy and paste. I know there are a few but multitrack daw is the only one I can think of at the moment.

@geronimo they both support copy and paste. Try the 'copy beatmaker' option in nave. Not in front of my iPad at the moment so chances are I'm off a bit there! But it works.

@jus just make sure both synth apps are on the same midi channel or are receiving virtual midi from the same app. As long as one or both have background audio, audiobus isn't needed at all - unless you want to record them.

You can also use the channel strip or similar plugin to adjust overall track gain if the main volume fader is already automated.
