Re: FabFilter Twin 2 ?

If memory serves, the only significant difference between the desktop version of Twin 2, and Auria's, are the amount of presets. There are less in Auria, but more available as IAP's. Unless things changed slightly. Is there a sampler in Auria Pro? Seems like there would be a pic floating around som...

Re: Punching in on the fly

Auto Punch in is by far the most accurate method of inserting corrective or new recording sections into a track and doesn't have the 'hit and miss' approach of a manual punch in. The process to some degree is a relic of the past as the modern DAW's have so many recordable tracks available there are...

Re: What about AURIA PRO???

Just felt the urge to add another pointless thread? There are a couple already. Aside from perhaps making you feel you're more adequately expressing your opinion, it seems somewhat needless. no more pointless than the message you posted, if you werent interested in the question why did you click on...

Re: It's spring...wondering if Auria Pro will be released so

Unless the dev states that it's not ready yet and he will let you know when it is and that he is working day and night to finish it. I don't have a horse, high or otherwise. I would prefer Auria to be as finished as the man can make it and I'll throw my money down as soon as he says it is.... liste...

Re: It's spring...wondering if Auria Pro will be released so

@Perrydrew...."stop worrying about the release date and go about your business." ???? sounds a bit rude Not any more rude than hounding the developer for a date that he doesn't know. It will be done when it's done and then we can bitch about what will be fixed on the next update and so on...

Re: BIAS FX

it looks like the biggest difference is you can build rigs with more than one amp, so in that regard it seems like a response to tonestack. You can also add IAA effects into your chain. I haven't tried bias fx yet, so can't comment on the sound quality. I do find the statement about jamup being tar...

Re: BIAS FX

I gathered that. :D but what makes it different? It can't simply be a competitor for their existing product. It almost sounds like a way to build amp and pedals models. Ive been using Bias FX for a few days now, first Ill tell you what it doesnt have, it doesnt have the expansion packs Jam up pro d...

Re: Major Auria Announcement

One question: this looks like it's going to be a completely new/separate app - is that so? Because I have a significant amount of plugins for Auria, and I really don't want to have to buy them again. Good question, I've already invested in plugins also, and what iPads will it support? Will we be ab...

Auria and Genome midi sequencer

Just wondering if anyone is having any success in getting Auria and a genome to sync, I got Genome to sequence drums since I'm not in a situation to record live drums and need to be able to sync a drum track because I like to be able to redo parts later. I'm having issues so far , is anyone using Ge...

Um... Midi sync doesn't fix your timing, midi sync basically syncs either software or hardware together so they can play in sync, quantizing a track fixes timing, are you sure you are a real musician?

Re: ETA on MIDI integration?

You paid for Auria without midi and you still have Auria without midi, plus a years worth of updates. So no one owes you anything that you don't already have.
