Re: Playing along with a recorded track
Just on a similar topic: is there any chance of a record arm button in the channel strip next to the fader, above the mute and solo buttons? This would mean a quick tap on Fx button then record arm/disarm without going to the mixer or having to expand the tracks to get at the record button in track...

Re: JamUp - Standalone vs. In-app version?
I purchased jam up when a few days ago (on sale) thinking it would also unlock the in app version. It doesn't. It's not even inter app compatable. Only audio bus. If I'd have known I would have just got the in app version. Kinda disappointed, seems silly to have to buy it twice.

Re: Auria on Sale on Monday
I have about half the plug ins already. If they went on sale I'd buy every one if I need them or not! That would be awesome!

Re: Playing along with a recorded track
You used to be able to, this changed in the latest update. If there is a way I haven't found it. I usually just hit record, set the levels then delete.

Re: Load .projects from Backup
Are you sure the data is good on your computer? I just drag and drop both ways, never had a problem.
Nothing else to it really.

Upgraded to iOS 7 and now no input from 1818vsl
I upgraded to ios7 and the latest auria version and now I have no audio coming from my presonus 1818vsl. I can output audio and I see the inputs in the matrix, but when I arm the tracks nothing. Everything was working fine previous to the update. I have an ipad 4. Has anyone experienced this? Am I m...

Re: Auria1.13?
It's just that everything is working perfectly for me right now. If it ain't broke don't fix it, know what I mean? I have iOS 7 on my phone and I find it glitchy and terrible for my battery even after turning all the bells and whistles off. I just don't want any unwanted surprises, especially when r...

Re: ASK THE RECORDING EXPERTS
Thanks Anthony, Great advice. I think I may be over compressing throughout the mixin stage. Im going to go back and rework some tracks and leave them a little more natural. Auria has so many great plugins I think I get carried away! I like the idea of sending everything to a single bus prior to the ...

Re: ASK THE RECORDING EXPERTS
I really don't think it's software related, auria is awesome. It's when I listen on my studio monitors or mixing headphones it sounds good, but when I listen on my home stereo or in the car it sounds way harsher in the high end. I believe it's a mixing/EQ problem. I've had this happen in the low end...

Re: ASK THE RECORDING EXPERTS
So here's the thing, and I know there's no definitive answer, I'm just looking for some direction. When I "finish" my mixes to the point where I test on a variety of speakers there's a terrible harshness in the high end that I don't hear on my monitors or headphones. Things like hats,crash...
