Re: Anyone know how to accomplish a whammy type effect in Au
JamUp responds to midi input for the Whammy pedal so if you have a midi pedal or controller you can use that to control the Whammy pedal. If you are trying to get a whammy bar sound, the pedal will not recreate the sound in the same way due to the mechanism that the guitar's spring system works. A ...

Re: Import loops from loopy so they can be duplicated crossf
I've copied loops from loopy into Auria and copied them ( by dragging on the loop handles ) and haven't gotten clicks, although I would like to see some crossfade options. But what I do is make sure my Auria session is the same tempo as my loopy session. Another great tool is an app called twisted w...

Re: Auria and DM1
Dm1. Actually does export all the files separately to drop box, just go to song tab and export all tracks separately , then go to Dropbox, select the file and hit the icon of the arrow pointing up then you will see an option that says " open in" and chose Auria. It's faster than playing ea...

Re: Ipad 2 on IOS6 > Should I upgrade to IOS7?
I'm on an ipad2, I was already running iOS 7 when I got Auria but it's running fine for me, I'm curios now as to how it would run on 6. But IMO running 3rd party synth and apps via inter app audio is better than using audiobus. Not that I don't use audiobus for some ( only because all of them aren't...

Re: Recording 16 tracks simultaneously using IPad 2 16gb?
To answer your first ( although rim Already did ) I haven't recorded 16 tracks at once but I've done songs with at least 30 tracks and I'm on an ipad 2 16 gig. I has no problems with adding the psp channels strip to most and I didn't have to freeze all of them but freezing does help out a LOT!! But ...

Re: The "Auria Wishlist Thread"
Ok, I have a feature ( if it hasn't already been listed here ) a notes menu where you can pull up an area to type more detailed info on each track, like what synth and patch you used. I know you can name the track to a degree, you can use so many characters, but say if I'm using Nave or something an...

Re: Punching in on the fly
Don't get me wrong, for when I'm working alone recording guitar or keys , etc, auto punch is perfect. When I'm working with other vocalist or players there are situations when quick punching in on the fly is just that, quick and sometime just more flexible. Sometimes a singer might want you to punch...

Re: Wow! ...and a few newbie questions please?
@sodium. You can't with Sampletank but btw you should try using sample via inter app audio, IMO audiobus is great but I like inter app audio a lot better. But as far as something that will start Auria when you want to lay a drum track Beatmaker 2 does it really well, although I do like the drums , p...

Punching in on the fly
So I'm wondering,i know I can auto punch in with Auria , but when I put the song in play mode and try to punch in on the fly ( with record enabled on the desired track ) every time I hit record it just stops the song. Am I missing something? ( using an ipad 2) can we not punch in on the fly?

Re: Ipad Air 128GB and Auria V Mac Mini and Pro Logic X
Blake, anything going into Auria is going to be converted to digital audio, wether it's your Fantom, vocals , guitar or using any of the available ipad instruments ( and there are a lot of good ones out there) so don't think of it in terms as your Fantom using more memory. Actually it would use less...
