Rim any idea what's up with the presonus firmware that would allow us to remove the usb hub and go straight into the cck?
I hope you weren't just saying this to make us happy. I really hope it's true and comes soon. Can you find out any details for us please?

Re: USB hub no power or apple cck kit needed, look here.
I bought mine off of eBay in march. No idea who the seller was because I wasn't concerned with that at the time. I have had no problems with my hub. I have had it running for hours at a time with no issues. I actually had a rehearsal that lasted 2 1/2 hours and we used auria as a mixer with my hub. ...

Yep, same problem here too. Every time I exit and close out the app, when I open it up again I get the crash message.

Re: mackie dl1608 support
The dl1608 is not available yet, therefore no one have tried it. But the DL may be able to work with auria but only 2 channels. The dl1608 was only developed with 2 channels of audio out. When they developed the hardware iPad was on iOS 4 which only supported 2 channels. So there is absolutely no wa...

Gary I really wish that was possible. If anyone has tried doing something like Gary's idea please let me know. I have heard of people doing this to other products but never something like the 1818.

Re: iOS6 = Multi-Route Audio = Multi Outputs?
Oh please, please, please let there be more audio streams out. This would solve the headphone issue with the presonus. It sucks having a headphone output and not being able to use it.

Yes and yes. Firewire and usb are not in any way compatible. They are two totally different formats.

Re: USB hub no power or apple cck kit needed, look here.
I might not have everything going for a while but when I do I'll do some testing. The issue was that the presonus' channels were 4-11 as opposed to 1-8.

Well now that sure explains the 11-18 issue. But what about yesterday when I was plugged into input 1 but the input matrix had my mic on 4?

Re: USB hub no power or apple cck kit needed, look here.
It does work with "Mobile hard disks" the same way a cck would. You can use it to transfer photos and video into your iPad. the reason I did not plug in the power was the whole point of this post. You can use it without plugging in the power. The iPad will power it up. I have been using it...
