It's posible that the MP3 is corrupt, or somehow incompatible with Auria. Would you mind sending me the MP3, so I can try it here? I might be able to get a better insight in to why it's not being imported properly.

Hi Will, welcome!

Auria doesn't support midi currently. It's something we're going to be adding in a future update, however.

Auria does support WIST and AuriaLink, which are ways to link two iPads wirelessly, so if you had a second iPad, you could press play on one to have it play both.

Eventually, we'll add a way to browse folders inside Drumagog, but for now, you can only load gog files which are in folders (in the Gog Files folder), or load wav/aif files which are in the main (root) folder. OK, I misunderstood what you wrote. This is possible if you uncheck the "record effects" option. In this way, the effects are live while you record (except the convolution reverb - it's the only exception), but they don't get actually recorded.

Reverting to the previous method won't take away any functionality, so if an app works now, it'll still work in 1.03.

The reason there's an issue to begin with is a technical one - Auria uses an audio mode called PlayAndRecord (since it uses input and output at the same time). Many other music apps don't deal with this kind of mode and crash (or simply don't work). I'll roll it back in v1.03, as this made Auria mor...

This is already a feature. Just tap and hold on the record enable button, and a menu will pop up. Choose "Record Effect" to ensure that the effects get recorded for that track.

Loop in and out points are set using the locators. To set the locators, just doubletap and drag on the timeline itself. After you do that, you can fine tune them by simply clicking on the ends and dragging them.

Make sure to enable loop mode in the Transport Options.
