Rim, I think I have worked out a little of where the CUT / PASTE problem, mentioned previously, comes from. At least here is a work around. One thought Rim could be to turn it on and off in Settings instead of in the Edit window. For some it is used very occasionally, however for speech editing you might leave it on all the time.
