Are there any apps, especially drum apps, that are known to output midi in this manner?

Is it possible to record midi notes and/or controllers from other apps into the sequencer in Auria? For instance, if I program a beat into an app like Arturia iSpark can I sync it to Auria and then have the midi notes, etc record into Auria as though I were using a hardware controller?

Actually, I was looking for a way to convert a stereo audio track to mono. What are the current options?

@Strizbiz : Normally, you shouldn't need to re-transfer purchases after updating Auria. Your plugins, etc., should all be untouched. I fully understand developers are not responsible for user experience in unreleased operating systems and this is not a complaint. But, assuming there are no related bugs in the ios9 betas or release ios9, will the current non-Pro version of Auria work or will we need to wait for Pro to be released?...
