Re: The Working / Not working audio interfaces thread
The powered hub is only needed to power audio units that do not have their own built in power or wall wart and require their power from the iPad. So if it's core compliant and comes with a power supply then no powered hub is needed but if there is no power supply then yes a powered usb hub is needed...

Re: Live performance
When I perform live I know I have an audience who paid to hear a good performance. I rely on my gear to accomplish that so I use gear I know well so as when something goes wrong Ihopefully can fix it fast, so I tend to use live gear for live performance. Now the iPad and Auria are very capable for t...

Re: Auria Importing Issues
Hi photojc, Your first problem may be solved if you create the project folder first then just copy your tracks to the named folder and import from that folder into Auria. You can also tap and hold and drag files into other folders in Auria. I agree with Phill you should convert your audio on the PC/...

Re: What is Retroverb?
I own all 1300 IR files and there great. You don't need to crank these to get a full sound and they make midi instruments and samples come alive. Highly recommended over the classic verb.
Cheers.

Re: Active Auria Artists Demos/Masters
Hi there Auria chums, Here's a link to my latest track, still tweaking but having a lot of fun with Auria and picking up a lot of good tips from you guys. Cheers Aaron http://soundcloud.com/ajmack302/meatmarket This track is likely the most Pro mix on Auria yet. Everyone here should have a listen t...

Re: Bug with audiocopy
Question than Rim is why did these apps work fine before the new update and how big can Funkbx or Noisepad be? These are very small apps with very low memory usage. As well in my tests I tried both methods both loading Auria first then last still the same problems.. If Auria does this than how will ...

Re: What is Retoverb?
I updated to Auria 1.05 and had to restore all my purchases, supposedly Retrover 1&2 were downloaded with them. But I cannot find any effect with that name in Auria. What is it? Where is it? RetrVerb is Morevox IR Convolution Reverb packs sold on the in-app-purchase so you must have purchased t...

Re: Audio output levels / Mastering tutorial
Again I agree. All good stuff and its the older mixers that should share their experience in this forum and thanks for that. I think what the user here is looking for is a direct cure for his problem as it relates to Auria. Accepting the newer style of mixing is always harder for the engineers who ...

Re: Bug with audiocopy
Here are some of my continued tests on this problem. Seems to be affecting quite a few app but not all of them. Heres the report copied from my notes. Auria Muted MiniDrum Pro but allowed a copypaste even though I couldnt hear the drum machine. Exit Auria, re-Start Mini-Drum Pro and it works fine. T...

Re: Audio output levels / Mastering tutorial
Again thank you Anthony and yes please make some simple Auria mastering tutorials or even mixing ones... please that would so help. Question, i work mainly in Beatmaker or Nano, is it better to mix my song the way i like it in BM and import just the mixdown into auria? and then master it? (Sometime...

Re: ASK THE RECORDING EXPERTS
good advice. Some time ago I've been doing tracking and mixing on a netbook (1.6 GHz Atom CPU, 1 GB RAM) when I was not at home, with resource-hungry plugins (Samplemodeling) and about 15 tracks. You learn very quickly to bounce a recording once it's correct, to make 'room' for the next take. Leavi...

Re: Audio output levels / Mastering tutorial
I bought the Pro-Q not because of its analyser (which I have disabled most of the time), but because it makes better notches than the one in the channel strip. I'm probably totally outdated. I put my hands on the controls and don't really watch what is going on, I just listen to the changes. Visual...
