Re: Effects and memory
My suggestion was to close Auria. Of course closing background apps is the first thing to try, but if that still doesn't free up enough memory, close Auria itself. if that still doesn't do it, reboot your iPad. When I say close Auria, I don't mean simply pressing the home button. What I mean is this...

Re: Effects and memory
Have you tried closing Auria (double-clicking on the home button and closing Auria from the bottom bar)? iOS handles memory in mysterious ways, and doesn't always free memory after closing a large project for some time. This is also why the memory meter in Auria is not always accurate. Of course, it...

Re: Another Reverb Bug
Is there anything you're finding that's missing in the current manual?

Re: Drumagog question
The current version of Drumagog for Auria will only see the root folder, so creating subfolders isn't currently possible. It's something we'll add to a future version, though.

Re: Another Reverb Bug
Not a problem at all. We'll add some extra text in the manual that talks about this. On most DAWs, the "e" button brings up the editor of the plug-in. The basic concept is that you don't always need to see the editor, and the plug-in will continue to work without it being displayed. The &q...

Re: Drumagog question
Drumagog can load any wav or aiff files. Just put a file in Auria's root folder using iTunes File Sharing. The version of Drumagog in Auria can't create gog files, though. You'll need the PC/Mac version for that. There are many third party gog file collections you might like. Just look at drumagog.c...

Re: Drumagog question
Yes, that's precisely what Drumagog is designed for. It'll replace a drum track in real time. It works great with hihats as well, but we didn't include any in the bundled samples, as cymbals take a significant amount of space. You can easily use your own wav files as samples in Drumagog, though. Rim

Yes, the 8i6 and 18i6 need their own power supply (but no hub is required).

Re: Multitasking i.e. Recording and using GoodReader for Lyr
This should be possible. Just use the Background Audio mode in Auria's settings. As long as the other app doesn't use too much memory, it should be no problem. CPU shouldn't be an issue I'd imagine.

I really can't explain that. might be a hidden bug in the input matrix that we still have to discover. If you happen to see a pattern with it, please let me know.

Re: Another Reverb Bug
Hmm. I just tried on both Aux and channel inserts and it works here. When you have a chance, you you try it on your channel inserts? Also, sometimes a short video of exactly what you do to make this happen helps. You'd be amazed that a simple difference in the way you might do something can reveal a...

Re: Mixdown problem when ADD AS NEW TRACK
My guess is there was an issue loading that last file. If the WAV file is corrupt, or if it contains non-standard headers (like wav file from beatmaker), Auria won't load them. I've improved the wav file loading code in v1.02, so it should be more robust.

Re: USB hub no power or apple cck kit needed, look here.
The Presonus and the Focusrite interfaces all do that - The channel layout is like this:
1-8 XLR connectors on front panel
9-10 SPDIF input
11-18 ADAT interface
