OK, it sounds like you're doing it right. Are your two projects the same sample rate?
Also, how about mono vs. stereo? Are you pasting a stereo track into a mono track, etc?

Re: Can't mixdown using locators
We've tried it here and it works fine. Are you sure you're setting the locators, and not markers, or a highlight? You should see a blue section in the editor where the locators are set.

Re: How can i clear automation for a specific track
It's double-tap and hold to create a highlight over the points you want to delete. But remember, that this won't delete points that are in a different parameter. For example, if you're viewing pan, deleting here won't delete volume, etc.

Re: How can i clear automation for a specific track
You're absolutely doing it the right way. To clear automation points on a particular track, you highlight all the points you want to clear (using double tap and hold), then select Clear Automation Points. You just need to make sure you're in the correct automation view when you do the clearing. For ...

Re: AudioCopy question
When you say you can't paste into the same project, what do you mean exactly? There's no limit to the number of times you can paste using AudioPaste. Are you sure you're not using regular Paste by mistake? Also, you should be setting the track number and number of times it should repeat inside the A...

Re: Can't Open Project
I've been sending you emails and PMs. Maybe they're ending up in your spam folder. I'd love to try and figure out what's going on with your particular project. There's no reason you should be getting crashing. If I can get a copy of your project, I can try and open it here and see why it's crashing....

Re: Dropbox and Backup and Storage (oh my!)
Sorry, I should have been more specific. There may be several iExplorers, as it's a common name. I was referring to a PC/Mac program, not an app. iExplorer is a program that lets you see all the files that are on your iPad/iPhone and do things like delete and copy them. Here's the link: http://www.m...

Re: AudioCopy question
Are you using the latest Auria version (did you do the update?). You can check your Auria version by going to the settings page. It's listed at the bottom right. The latest version is 1.02. There were some issues fixed that caused this to happen. I just tried copy/pasting from Multitrack DAW and it ...

Re: Random interface question
Yes, you can use the 1818 without needing to connect it to a computer. On some interfaces, you can use a computer to set up certain features, like monitor mixes and gain levels but the 1818 has actual gain knobs, so it's easy to use without a computer.

Re: Crash report
This is a confirmed bug. You can safely ignore the message, as it didn't actually crash. This will be fixed in v1.03.
If you start Auria normally (not a clean start), you won't get this message.
Thanks,
Rim

Re: Can't mixdown using locators
You just need to set the locators first. Otherwise, this option won't be available.

Re: Can't Open Project
There's no mode like that in Auria, but Auria attempts several things automatically when trying to recover from a corrupt project. If it fails, that projects is most likely beyond repair, unfortunately.

Re: Phonic Firefly 808 U - Strange Issues
It's possible that it's the hub, but it also could simply be an incompatibility between the Firefly and the iPad. If you're able to make it work with a new hub, please let me know. Otherwise, we'll remove that interface from the list to be safe.

Re: Dropbox and Backup and Storage (oh my!)
Dropbox is definitely a slow process, especially for large projects. It's not a recommended way to do regular backups (unless your projects are small). Backing up using iTunes File Sharing is a much faster and more reliable way to do it. There are some temporary files that dropbox generates. These g...

Re: How to delete a project.
It's actually very simple to delete projects. Auria uses the standard iOS gestures. Just open the "Load Project" screen, and swipe across the project you want to delete.
