Re: Rim can you contact presonus and ask about possible fix.
Got it, thanks. From what I understand, the mixer part of the presonus control panel only works when you have that piece of software running. As soon as you close it, the 1818 becomes a simple 18 in 18 out interface with no routing or mixing. Would be nice if it did. They did confirm to me that the ...

Foster,
Can you please describe in greater detail what you're asking for? I'm not sure I follow exactly. I want to fully understand it before I ask them for anything.
Thanks,
Rim

Re: No 5/4 meter in list
Neil, Thanks, we're still in the process of organizing the forum, so your post here is just fine! Good suggestion on adding 5/4. I've just added it, so it will appear in the next update. Meter/tempo changes are something we'll do in conjunction with introducing midi in a future update. Thanks, Rim

Foster,
Looks good. I thought I saw a message in one of your videos that popped up on your iPad, that says "This accessory is not compatible with your iPad". Does this message come up when using this hub?

Re: Prepurchase Question: Can you side chain (ducking)?
Welcome, Frank. Side chaining is not currently possible with the channelstrip or masterstrip built into Auria. However, this is something that's on our list for a future version.
Thanks,

Re: Airplay
Airplay using an Apple TV should work in mirroring mode (just doubletap on the home button while Auria is loaded, and you should see the Airplay icon in the bottom bar). Make sure your Apple TV is connected. I haven't tested this with an Airport or other Airplay devices. We noticed a lot of dropouts...

Try scrolling down - the preset list is a scrolling list. New presets appear at the bottom of the list.

Re: Scarlett 18i6 isn't showing up in Auria
Yep, that'll do it. Most hubs will work. If you stick with a known brand, like Belkin, you're less likely to encounter problems. Just make sure it's a powered hub.

Re: Scarlett 18i6 isn't showing up in Auria
If you're not using a USB hub, you should get a message saying "This device uses too much power". Are you not getting that message?
Are you using an Apple branded CCK?
Also, the Focusrite needs to be plugged into it's own power supply.

I just looked it up on their web site - 44.1 only. That would explain the issue.

Re: Anyone else- Mixed sources corrupts the project?
What sample rate is that project? It's possible that the EIE doesn't like a certain sample rate?

Re: Scarlett 18i6 isn't showing up in Auria
There's no particular order you need to do things in. Are you sure you've got the hub connected correctly? Most hubs have a number of ports (usually 4), and a special output connector (or cable). You plug the CCK into this output cable, then plug the 18i6 into one of the ports. You'll know when it c...

Re: wth?! where are my posts? 1818vsl question
I hope some interface manufacturers are reading these posts, as it would be great if someone came out with the ideal iPad interface. Right now, we've got some good options, but there are some definite limitations.
