Re: Using Auria for Live Backing Tracks
I think everyone is missing a important factor and not reading. I need 2 stereo tracking running to two separate outputs. If I just needed mp3s is use the iPod player on the iPad lol. Everyone is 'me' apparently, since I'm the only me who has bothered to respond. And you're half right. I stopped re...

Re: Using Auria for Live Backing Tracks
That's a £600-700 solution rather than £150! I think Auria will slow you down in a live setting. But try it & see. Maybe I'm wrong. There are free MP3 player apps for iPad that can create a set list like you have w/an iPod. No need for Auria or an interface. I think Auria is a brilliant live re...

Re: Using Auria for Live Backing Tracks
Personally, I think Auria is better geared toward live recording than live it is for playback. Loading time will be a little slow. You'll have to do it manually. The iPad itself is still a little buggy. I have a Roland Sonic Cell I would not hesitate to use. Fast loading and stable. iPad & Auria...

Re: What's the most versatile Reverb now?
Dunno about Classicverb Pro. Definitely think Classicverb I is sub-par. The various reverbs in the Convolution set are very useful. I recommend them. Unlike Classicverb, I quickly found the right reverbs for my voice. Very little tweaking necessary. And the folders are full of other reverbs.

Re: ASK THE RECORDING EXPERTS
Is there a tutorial on the tape simulation in the Micro-Warmer? I don't know the aural difference between slow tape speed & fast.

Re: Active Auria Artists Demos/Masters
For my first Auria recording, I wanted to do a simple acoustic recording. 2 guitar tracks, 1 bass track & 1 vocal. Let me know how it sounds on your gear. My arrangement of Red River Valley Most of my music is a lot more complicated than this - orchestral & synth-based. If anyone is curious....

Re: Auria 1.06 is approved and live
I just downloaded 1.05 two weeks ago. I'm reluctant to upgrade.
It solves the Dropox problem. What else will it do for me?

Re: Is there a dropbox export issue?
1.05 did introduce one bug related to dropbox which is under our control: uploading a mixdown to dropbox. As mentioned previously, in 1.05, Auria uploads to dropbox when it's finished with the mixdown, but there's no status bar to indicate that it's doing it. So if you wait for as long as you think...

Re: Is there a dropbox export issue?
This is not good. It worked beautifully until I upgraded to 1.05.

Re: What is Retroverb?
I get it now. I opened up one of the convolution reverbs and saw all the different reverb types.
Yeah, that's much more promising than Classicverb. I can't wait to try some out.

Re: What is Retroverb?
We've added folder support for the convolution reverb into 1.06, so if you delete and reinstall the IRs after the next update (by doing restore purchases), you'll see all the purchased IRs in their own folders. Rim I love your product and sorry for dumb questions. What is an IR? Retroverb sounds li...

Re: What is Retoverb?
I updated to Auria 1.05 and had to restore all my purchases, supposedly Retrover 1&2 were downloaded with them. But I cannot find any effect with that name in Auria. What is it? Where is it? RetrVerb is Morevox IR Convolution Reverb packs sold on the in-app-purchase so you must have purchased t...

FX I bought have disappeared
I bought Old Timer & Microwarmer and a few other FX. Now I can't find them in Auria. Only the Channel strip pops up. What am I doing wrong? IPad. 2 ios6. Updated to Auria 1.05 UPDATE: never mind. When I updated to Auria 1.05, it destroyed all my purchase. I had to restore them by downloading the...

Re: Classicverb pro details?
Classicverb is the only Auria effect I'm not satisfied with. The suggested defaults don't sound good with my voice. I have to make & save new default settings and even they are just average-sounding reverbs IMO. Very disappointed in Classicverb.
