I use the Apogee Duet and I've never had any problems, so no, not common in my experience.

Have you tried reinstalling maestro? I don't think you will lose anything in doing so. Is your One firmware up to date?

Please don't see this request as any indication that I am ungrateful for everything Auria is. It is by far my favourite ever app on any computer or tablet or phone ever.

Has anyone tried plugging mics into the 18i6 line inputs without preamps? Is it usable or is it really no good for more than 2 mics?

A question for people with the presonus 1818 or the focusrite 18i20 interfaces. How often do you use the mix control? Are you forever unplugging and plugging into computer to set levels etc or is it something you really have to only do once? If I'm recording say a drum kit using 8 preamps, then use ...

Yamaha MW8CX works great with the CCK and no powered hub. I can only get a stereo pair of inputs working on it though.

Has anyone got any tips for eqing out the non snare stuff? I'm using pro q with pre filter expander, high and low cuts, then pro q to boost 1.5-3k. Any other ideas?

Specifically, what is it like in terms of audio quality? Some reviewers have said it's pretty noisy but they would probably have had it connected to a laptop or something.
