Syncing/recording Alchemy in Auria as IAA
HI, sorry for seemingly dopey question ( but I did search the forums several times but couldn't spot the "how to" on this topic, so apols if its been done to death) I can see Alchemy appear in my drop down list of IAA in Auria. I have written an 8 bar part in Alchemy and would like to be a...

Thanks,

thank you for considering it!

Re: Two Rock Tunes
really really great pop/rock songs, they'd be at home in any current radio station. and they sound fat and warm with great grooves and playing. kudos. may I ask please (because i'm a bit of a newbie) how did you get the drums from Amplitube to Auria? Did you record to Amplitube then copy to Auria or...

Re: Love the product - Bluetooth Support Badly needed!!!
Bluetooth lacks the quality needed for use with Auria, and the latency would be so bad, that it would be impossible to use when recording. Thanks for the info, Rim. For my own purposes, a playback only Bluetooth link to something like my Jawbone BigJambox would be quite handy for doing audio house ...

Re: Rough bluesy demo,
super stuff. agree with all other comments. hey just as an aside, do you ever notice on SC that it sometimes limits the audio? Ive noticed if I send stuff in that's a little hot, instead of playing back at a louder level, it in fact it gets squashed? I suspect I heard it doing that to your track at ...

Re: First pop attempt in Auria
lots of fun with a Cure type feel and a big fat wobbly sound. love the modulation @ 2'00", the Low/Heroes/Berlin era bowie-esque guitar figures thru that section then the suggestion of major/minor mashing at 2'22-24". great stuff

Re: The Higgins Society- Made Of Sadness
im coming late to this party but I have to chip in. that's a beaut track .Love the restraint and the intimacy. I also happen to quite like the idea of that slide/solo thingy...perhaps could be developed a bit more, made to sparsely interweave or some such thing... but yeah, the song is a winner and ...

Re: Punching in on the fly
Let's say im recording someone, he makes a mistake, requests a playback of that section, and tells me where he wants to take it from. Instead of just giving him a pre-roll, press play, and record the punch sections, the auto process would require me to preroll, set in and out points, then preroll a...

Re: Punching in on the fly
I would like to get a better understanding of why manual punch in would be useful. Auto punch is so easy to use, I can't see a reason someone would want to manually punch instead: go to the editor, and draw a range you want to punch, and press record. For my own purposes, it would be useful as I so...

Re: Wow! ...and a few newbie questions please?
@sodium. You can't with Sampletank but btw you should try using sample via inter app audio, IMO audiobus is great but I like inter app audio a lot better. But as far as something that will start Auria when you want to lay a drum track Beatmaker 2 does it really well, although I do like the drums , ...

thank you Washboy. I have posted the same question on their board. Cheers.Washboy wrote: I think you'll find that Sampletank iOS is MIDI IN only and doesn't do MIDI sync either way. Perhaps IKMultimedia can confirm/deny via their forum/support.
