You can use the Apple Files App on your iPad.

Apple Files app> On My iPad> Auria (documents folder)> Project Templates

Inside the Project Templates folder, you can delete unwanted templates.

I can state from experience that the X32 works very well with iOS and Auria Pro. I have not been able to personally test the QSC TouchMix board yet.

Unfortunately we don't have a Zen Studio on our end to test with. However, Antelope should have some copies of Auria to test with on their end.

There really is no 'best practice' for laying MIDI notes when you want to drop them into a very specific place. Zooming in and using the Apple Pencil or for non-Apple pencil iPad's a simple screen responsive pointer pen should add much accuracy to your MIDI note placements.
