I tried Final Touch and it did ok but I am getting really nice results using FabFilter Pro-C 2, Pro-Q 2, and Pro-L on the Master strip of my projects.

Any updates on this?

Same here. iOS 9.2 trashed my Focusrite Scarlett 18i8 so I had to revert back to 9.1 on my IPad Pro. Waiting for Focusrite to resolve the issue. I love the graphics update for the inserts but it does seem to spell the end of my dream for reorderable inserts. I'd love to be able to switch the order of inserts without having to save the presets for each, then remove the inserts, then add them in a new order, then reapply the preset. A lot of ...

I sure can. Before I started unfreezing tracks, I saved a backup copy of this project to dropbox. I have tried reloading the 'original' project from dropbox several times, and the bug is repeatable every time.
