Re: Syncing you iPhone

This is an awesome idea. I currently use a Faderport for this purpose in live application, but a Bluetooth sync to a separate simple Auria transport app would be extremely useful. It would also be a *fairly* simple way for WaveMachine Labs to generate a little extra revenue. $5.99 sounds like a good...

Re: Auria PRO with Behringer x touch controller update

The Behringer X touch hardware is HUI/Mackie compatible - so it should plug n play, my man! I preordered one from Sweetwater. I have other uses for it besides Auria, but you can bet your ass that they will let you return anything that you're not head-over-heels in love with at Sweetwater. An operati...

Re: It's spring...wondering if Auria Pro will be released so

Well...technically, Rim has not made a mistake...yet ( )...so there's no reason for him to be sorry at this point in time. After all, it is still spring...and spring does not end until June 21 at 12:38 P.M. EDT. http://www.almanac.com/content/first-day-summer-summer-solstice Just sayin'...cer...

Re: It's spring...wondering if Auria Pro will be released so

Kids, Rim is an engineer/developer. He isn't Nostradamus. You guys pressed him for an ETA, and he made the honest mistake of giving you one. He has learned from that mistake - no doubt about it, because you are pressing him still, and he's not giving in to his good-natured desire to make you happy. ...

Re: Major Auria Announcement

In either case you'd be able to retain your plugins. In your second case, Auria Pro will detect that you Auria installed, and unlock the same plugins, so they're available in both versions. Rim Is there any advantage to one over the other? I have the full version of Auria with all plug-ins. Obvious...

LIVE band recording with AB & Auria, Final Touch Pro

Duplicate post from AudioBus forum. Thought you guys might wanna hear a live performance produced with auria. Here's the original post: Here is a multitrack live recording of a band I play with at a medium sized club venue. 4 drum mics, 1 on guitar amp, 1 on bass, 1 bass DI, 1 on keyboard amp. Run t...

Re: Storage Solutions for iPad with Auria

Seagate Wireless Plus 1TB works perfect with AudioShare /Auria, and also acts as a router to share a local wifi connection (drive itself is wifi with rechargeable battery). 1TB should suffice... For now, anyway!! Hahahah!!

Re: How to keep FocusRite 18i8 channels inst

They might be closed over the weekends. I would give it another day. When I get back into town later today (finally), I'll check my version of Mix Control and let you know. Once I got it saved once, I had no further problem. Of course, I haven't had to change it at all, because I just set it up for ...

Re: How to keep FocusRite 18i8 channels inst

Yes, my settings have been retained even after unplugging the interface for 2+ weeks while on an overseas trip. On return, I plugged it back in, powered it up, and it retained my exact settings that I saved to hardware the day I got it: inst on 1, pad on 4. I can reply shortly with the version of Mi...

Re: How to keep FocusRite 18i8 channels inst

OK I did find that save to hardware menu option but it did not seem to save the setting for me. Any other ideas I might be missing? I have the same unit, and that is absolutely the way to do it. Sometimes it doesn't save it the first time; try and "save to hardware" a couple of times in a...

Re: Auria, iPad Air, Apogee Quartet & PreSonus FaderPort

Definitely something to think about for a future update if it proves to be easy enough. Thanks, Rim This guy knows exactly how to restore the "8 year-old kid on Christmas Eve" twinkle to a "young" Gen-Xers eyes! I wouldn't bat an eye at paying just as much as the higher-priced p...
