Re: Which Korg Module apps to get?
iGrand and iLectric are pretty long in the tooth by now, Neo Soul and Ravenscroft definitely have much better samples.

Re: Which Korg Module apps to get?
The only Module expansion packs I don't like are the Triton pack and the Mellotron, the others are all pretty nice. Although IMO the Ivory Grand isn't as good as some other pianos available on iOS, but the main reason I like it (and all of the other Module expansions) is because they are then availa...

Re: Neo Soul Keys Studio and auria?
There's no direct connection between GB and Auria - you have to export the sounds out. And GB doesn't have stem export either, so it's a bit of a pain. What I tend to do is start a track in GB, using the excellent instruments and the AI drummers (which are amazing as well), then export the tracks to...

Re: Neo Soul Keys Studio and auria?
It's definitely the best electric piano app currently available, although I'm also very partial to the electric piano in GarageBand (which is based on on a Logic instrument I believe), the GB one has a warmer and softer character, compared to Neo Soul which tends towards grittier sound (but with a l...

Re: Is iGrand the best piano app?
I think iGrand is pretty good considering how small the app is. The only issue I have with it is that you can sometimes hear a flanging effect on the decay of the notes, which is presumably down to the fact that the samples are compressed. Ravenscroft gets very good reviews, but I haven't bought it ...

Re: ASK THE RECORDING EXPERTS
1. In general, what if any parts should I consider multitracking? Vocals, lead guitar, other? I have an OK but not strong voice. Would multitracking my voice make the mix sound better? If so, do I pan one to the left, and the other to the right, or leave center and perhaps have the second track at ...

Re: Buying wow2
The two Sugabytes plugins work differently form the others: you buy them in the App Store and that will automatically unlock them inside Auria. The great benefit of this is that you also get to use them outside Auria.

Re: Recording separate tracks from AUM
If you have the files in the file player, you could just locate the files in Audioshare and copy/paste them into the Auria time line. That's how I do it anyway.

Re: Need help with busses.
This should help you to set up a reverb and an EQ on a channel set as an AUX send:

Re: Need help with busses.
It can be a way to group tracks, or some other routing use. So for example you could create a bus for your drums and send each drum track to that bus, which would create a group which can be controlled with one fader. But you could also send your drums out to two busses, one which might have heavy c...

Re: Audio Unit plugins on aux channel
Yes but there is a bug on the AUX panel effects: latency compensation is broken on the AUX panel, so it will add a delay that matches your project latency to any effects you add there. If you set your project latency to 4096 and add a reverb for example, there will be a clearly audible delay on the ...

Re: Audio Unit plugins on aux channel
Hi, I already replied on the Audiobus forum, but I'll copy and paste my answer here as well: Maybe try adding a regular stereo channel and setting its input as AUX1, adding your AU as an insert on that channel, then dialing in the sends and see if that works. Using the AUX panel on the Master Strip ...
