Ok. I'll check it out then.
...You mean the Auto Crossfade? I mean just auto fade. Is it the same parameter?

Global tiny fader?
(...What does he mean with that?) -Well. I mean a way to make all regions (imported or while recordig) get a small automatic in- and out-fade through a few samples to get rid of spikes at the beginning and end of each region. I find myself fading more or less all regions to get rid of the pops. Mayb...

Re: are all tracks set to record 24 bit by default?
Would this mean that a recording through e.g. inapp Jamup would get better quality than audiobus Jamup? Or: Do the inupp guitarprocessors provide 24bits?

Re: Mono Tracks Made Stereo After Adding Audiobus
Good to know. It does simplify editing. Does this affect already applied fx-plugins?Rim wrote:No, that's normal. Auria supports stereo regions on mono tracks. As soon as you insert a stereo file onto a mono track, it turns the track into stereo.

Re: Mono Tracks Made Stereo After Adding Audiobus
I made a bounce of a mono track and pasted it onto the same track. It turned up as a two-waveform stereo track next to the old one-waveform mono recording. Realized that I didn't check the mono box at the mixdown, and did it once over but as mono. So this mono track with stereo side by side is stran...

Re: Roland Duo-Capture EX
Thanks for the forum discussion link. My concern is that some mics, like Sure sm7b, do require a lot from the preamps (gain) from what I read. I guess I should have stayed away from dB-figures and just simply asked if it can be used with popular, but gain demanding, mics. I enjoy writing songs. Reco...

I'm pretty sure that I once read that Lexicon Lambda doesn't work with ipad like Lexicon Omega does.

Re: Active Auria Artists Demos/Masters
A song, "Canyons", written and performed by me with a little help from Auria:

Re: Gain, x-fade, and reverse bug.
...Yeah! I copied one strummed chord several times through the song. Explains everything. X-fades I still suspect also happen to the vocal track which is not copied. Though, that might have been my fault.

Gain, x-fade, and reverse bug.
Gain function sometimes give oposite gain. A "+" gain becomes "-". A "-" gain becomes "+". It may have to do with me writing the gain value instead of turning the knob. X-faded parts sometimes turn back to non x-faded sections. This means they overlap. ...Soun...

Re: Roland Duo-Capture EX
Yeah, thanks! But I saw that earlier: INPUT 1, 2 (XLR type): -60 to -12 dBu INPUT 1, 2 (1/4-inch TRS phone type): -46 to +2 dBu Edit: -Will this be enough for gain demanding mics (e.g. sm7b)? -Can it be used as a mixer/mic-preamp without connecion to e.g. a computer/ipad? Hmm. I wonder if something ...

Re: Roland Duo-Capture EX
-What is the gain? Thinking about if a gain demanding dynamic mic is used.
-Can it be used "standalone" as a mixer/mic-preamp? Nice if everyting could be plugged in for practice without, e.g. Ipad.
(I'm using an Apogee One today.)

I get that field also. I don't know whether it is random or not. I thought is was a gesture I made that I didn't know about. Is there a way to turn this funktion off when not needed?

Copy-paste bug?
Sometimes (not only once) I try to copy a section and paste, but the pasting does not show up - like there is no copying done. Sometimes the pasted stuff is something I have copied earlier that is still in the "buffer" (or wherever the copied stuff/info is stored). It seems like I can copy...

Re: new comer here! have some questions!
Q1: so im gonna use auria with an ipad 3 but i hear that after just using a couple of plugins, auria slows down and stuff.. is that true? A1: I've got an 16GB Ipad 3. It works fine. Some plugins are heavier for the CP than others. Using the same e.g. reverb on a bus for many channels will ease the C...
