Re: Great Drum loops for use in Auria
Drumbeats+ is also good. Similar to HD but all loops are playable at 5bpm increments from 70 to 190bpm. Would be great to have a sliding scale but it's still pretty versatile and drums sound good too. Drumbeats+ doesn't not have any fills, bridges, or choruses. I contacted the developer a month or ...

I thought I was going crazy, but I've had this happen to me too.

Re: The Working / Not working audio interfaces thread
I was considering buying one of these too, but there were too many bad reviews, and no one on this forum recommended it. I ordered the Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 because the vast majority of reviews are very good, and it comes highly recommended for use with Auria. Focusrite also released a made for iPa...

Thanks, Rim. Despite some bugs, this app continues to impress.Rim wrote:Yes, you can import any of your own wav files or loops, and use them in Auria. Just use iTunes File Sharing, or DropBox to transfer them in.

Re: About new stuff in Auria Store
I haven't updated yet, but can I, or will I be able to, import drum loops I already own into a folder inside Auria?

Re: Studio monitoring speakers directly into iPad and Auria.
I'm currently using this cable with my powered monitors. They're unbalanced but only 10 feet long, and I haven't noticed any issues. I finally ordered a Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 because I grew weary of connecting and disconnecting the Jam and camera connection kit from my iPad. In any case, this cable...

Re: Getting drums into auria...
I don't know of an app that does that. I've actually contacted a few of the drum loop companies I like and asked them to contact Rim about setting up a multitrack acoustic drum loop app/plugin for Auria. Don't know how feasible it is with limited file space and all. If you find something that does w...

Re: Memory warning
In my experience, Auria has forced a shut down enough times that I feel more comfortable shutting down myself so I don't lose anything. I haven't ever seen the memory recover.

Re: Audiobus approved by apple.
Unfortunately, I can't afford to buy a new iPad every time Apple releases one.

Re: The Working / Not working audio interfaces thread
The new Focusrite iTrack Solo for iPad looks like a great option for the solo artist, who doesn't need multiple inputs. Here's a video link:

Re: Audiobus approved by apple.
It'll be interesting to see how AudioBus, Auria, and another app deal with CPU. I hope it works.

Re: How can i actually get sounds from Auria into iTunes?
I don't think it's possible without a computer. I've been frustrated by this for a few years now. Apple keeps iTunes locked down. They don't want us getting music from anyone but them.

Glitch sound at the end of recorded regions
I'm using the Apogee Jam with an impedance adapter and a Shure SM58. I notice a glitchy artifact at the end of recorded regions. It's easy enough to slice and delete the edge of the region but a little time consuming. I noticed when recording multiple regions of backing vocal tracks. I didn't notice...
