Latest update... I have not had too much time to experiment further (hit with the flu). But here's what I have so far... Mobile Pre is now working (with a powered hub of course). No, you misunderstood. My wave files are not cutting out. They are fine. It only happens when I try to record NEW audio on track 7. BTW, I no longer have the problem, but the fix does not make any sense. All my issues went away by recording my NEW audio on track 8 instead. Moble Pre works and no cut...

When I try to record the 7th track live, the sound cuts out at about 1min, no matter the input source (camera connection, or 1/8 phone jack).

Anyone have any suggestions? I'm stuck!

Never mind. It's not (necessarily) the Mobile Pre. I get the same cut off when I use iRig through the 1/8 phone jack.
Anyone else?

I tried using Mobile Pre through a powered hub. I can get about 1min 20sec of recording, then it "clicks" out. Nothing short of an iPad reboot will bring the audio back.

Anyone try using Mobile Pre with success?
