I have to say I love my 8i6 for live recording into Auria for live gigs, but yes, the lack of support (or even interest) on Focusrite's part is disheartening. I also use this interface with Pro Tools 11 (sorry Rim!!) and while it works well, I may replace it as the interface of choice for both my iP...

Many IAAs don't like the large buffer size Auria uses by default. That's why we recommend using audiobus mode. This forces Auria to use a small buffer which works better with some IAAs. Of course using a small buffer causes more CPU to be used and it's not possible to use the convolution reverb wit...

Latency isn't generally an issue if you start either the app or Auria first. AB will default to the setting of the apps over it's own default of 256...
