Re: The "Auria Wishlist Thread"
I would be more than happy (and I think that a lot of people would be too) if there were a plugin version of kontakt 5 for Auria... I imagine WaveMachine Labs would stoked to have that available in Auria as well! Best thing you could do to make that happen is to reach out to Native Instruments and ...

Re: How to export from Logic and import into Auria
My Mac is 10.4.1 operating system, will it still work? Only you can tell us. There's also 'iExplorer' that is similar to iFunbox. Perhaps that goes to an older version. Another possibility is to install Dropbox on your mac and move your files there. You can open files from Dropbox within Auria. If ...

Samson Graphite 49 and MCU/HUI
Hi All, Has anyone managed to get a Samson Graphite to control Auria? It apparently has Mackie emulation but I can't get it to work. The Samson manual is scant on the subject. I've tried a few of its presets including the one for Logic but no joy. I also tried setting the Graphite to its ProTools pr...

Re: recording w/ampkit link on auria!
That. Just to back it up: the single best thing you can do is to turn your headphones down to as low as you can possibly go. Also, if you have 10 tracks but only really need to monitor two to lay your part down, mute the others. If you can get away with muting any transient heavy stuff (like drums),...

Sadly, I doubt we'll see more RAM. 1 gig is plenty for 90% of the user base reading the web, watching Netflix and playing angry birds.

Re: Recording Drums in Auria
Absolutely! Well it depends on the type of sound you want. You can more easily get a real or large drum sound with two mics (vs an articulated tight sound). There are a lot of mic configurations that will work for you but instead of me trying to describe them you should just google "two mic dru...

Re: Midi drums from electronic drum kit into ipad.
If you don't have a multichannel interface you can still record and edit and punch into midi sequencer and then record the individual outs into auria by doing several passes.

Hi Collin. Sorry, I'm not sure the answer but you might have better luck getting help by posting a new thread in the Audio Interfaces section of the forum here http://auriaapp.com/forum/viewforum.php?f=21.

Apple doesn't allow apps to do this (including GarageBand). Get audioshare for storage and playback of mixes (plus other stuff!).

Re: Arturia iSEM?!?!
This one is definitely special. I imagine it's particularly special if you grew up listening to oberheim synths on your favorite records. I'm 42 and I love it. Think early pop/soft metal ala Journey/VH as well as Kraftwerk and the first few Depeche Mode/Yaz records.

Re: ASK THE RECORDING EXPERTS
Another school of thought says: If you plan on compressing your mix for a thick rock or r&b type sound, put the compressor on the mix buss immediately. That way there are no surprises when you get to the end. It can be very hard to take an 'open' mix and compress it at the end and still have it ...

Re: If I had one whish...
I don't need them all to be bigger but play/pause twice as big would be most welcome. Plus, all the way in the top right corner so you can think less. The transport menu would go to the left. I use it but I use it about an eightieth of the amount I use play! I imagine in-app analytics would suggest ...
