Re: Midi Editing

I agree that there really needs to be some midi CC information in the live info window as you move your finger vertically like CC# and CC Value. Inspite of this very needed feature missing in AuriaPro, I can still recommend some tips to help you get some control in the CC editor window. 1. Don’t use...

Mackie Control and HUI issue

Him Rim. Happy new year to you. Here is my question. Why can I see all three of my Mackie MCU pro units in the midi settings page and I can select any one of them and they will turn on but I can't select all three in order like I can in any desktop daw. I have the main controller and two extenders f...

Re: PreSonus Faderport 8

@AuriaStudio, yes the faderport 8 will work with any interface as its a usb controller and does not require any special audio or midi interface. Just plug it into a powered usb hub that also has your interface connected to it and your off and running. Cheers and Happy New Year.

does Apple Slowing Down Older Devices affect Auria

Since Apple just admitted that it is intentionally slowing down our older devices with their iOS updates brings me to consider wether this is affecting our Auria recording experience. Cheers

Re: Volume on processed signal when using external fx.

You can raise the level of a recorded track after its been recorded by using the Gain function under options but what you want is to hear the track so that you know what your doing during recording while your manipulating the effect. To do this use the Limiter on the track being recorded. You can us...

Re: How to route direct signal from channel to an output in recording mode?

You can do this in AuriaPro. Send the track you want to split its sgnal to 2 or more outputs by sending the track to a buss track. You can send any track to as many buss tracks as you need, then sent those buss tracks to a different output. Here is a link to my video on this topic. It may give you s...

Re: Anyone know a good LA2A emulation for Auria?

Yes it was intentional. I only had it up for a short while. I am considering doing another one as I have aquired some more really cool gear. I’ll post a link if I do another studio tour. Cheers.

Funny you mention that Corey because I get the same thing when using my Soundcraft MT12 and that fixes it right away.

Re: Can't hear playback through Behringer interface

The only thing that I can see is the Mix Dial needs to be all the way to the right to PB which is playback. This monitors only the daw. You’ve probably done that already but if by chance you haven’t than this might solve your playback issue. Good luck.

Re: How to change tempo

Ok, so it is not possible to change the tempo of a wav. file simply by changing the tempo of a project. This can only be done by time-stretching the audio one track at a time. So if you already know what the tempo of the song is then make sure you set the project to that tempo. Time stretching audio...

Re: Adding space in the beginning of a song

Highlighting every region ( choose SELECT ALL ) and moving them to the right is the only way to acomplish this. To guarantee that the move is on beat and not out of sync, make sure you set the snap value to BAR. So your already doing it right but you may not be snapping to the Bar. Good luck.

Re: ISymphonic auria cpu

Well there isnt much info here to test this like what iPad? IOS ver? Auria Ver? Ect. I will try to think out loud. I assume you are inserting iSynphonic as an AU into a midi track. I think your using it live meaning you didnt record the first track by bouncing in place before you created another mid...

Re: ASK THE RECORDING EXPERTS

All you need to know is in my tutorial video on this subject. Simply choose to automate the track once you have your FX set up. You can also automate the tracks volume in the track editor lanes if you need to do any fine tunning of the automation. Good luck and enjoy the tutorial. Here is the link. ...

Re: ASK THE RECORDING EXPERTS

Hi, I use Pro Tools in a Audio Post environment and hoping to create a similar workflow for Auria Pro using Busses. The template I have created send the four groups (Vo, Dialog, Music and FX) to Busses labeled Vo, Dx, Mx, FX and Mix. I need to be able to re-record these stems back on audio tracks a...

Re: ASK THE RECORDING EXPERTS

Everytime you record a take in a track, unless you delete, cut or Undo Record, the previous track will remain under your new take as you described. The reason for this is so that you can audition your various takes as whichever one is on top is the take your listening to. These graphic waveforms are ...
