Yes, Echo is very easy to set. It's a bug that we noticed late in the beta (in StereoChorus and StereoDelay). It's on PSP's list to fix in a future update, but we don't have it from them yet. They have fixed this bug already in Echo.

Re: Echo goes to 14.99 ??
Believe me, it's worth it. Echo's a great plug-in.
Plug-in vendors get to set their own prices for plug-ins, so you'll have to ask PSP - I'm not sure.

Re: Focusrite
No problem at all. Usually, the number of ports, or the brand of hub doesn't matter (we've tried lots of brands here with no problem). Maybe the hub is not working? One good test is to try it on your Mac or Pac (with the same setup). On Auria, you can see if its working by looking for the "USB" indi...

Re: Focusrite
I assume you're plugging the output port into the iPad, right? USB hubs have a bunch of input ports on them, and one output port (usually on the side). It needs a special cable in many cases.

Re: Auria and MOGG import
Sure, we can add it to the list of things to look into. I appreciate it.

Re: Focusrite
It must be a powered USB hub - the kind with a power supply you plug into the wall.

Re: Questiions before I buy, specific to presonus
Both Focusrite and Presonus have already fixed the problem, but neither of them have released it yet to the public.

Re: Focusrite
Yes, for now, you need a powered USB hub. Focusrite has made new firmware which fixes this problem, but they haven't released it yet.

Re: Questiions before I buy, specific to presonus
Oh, got it. That's easier. In Auria, you simply solo just the track you want to export, and choose mixdown. Do this for every track you want to export, and you're guaranteed they will all line up when you bring them into Studio One.

Re: Questiions before I buy, specific to presonus
To overcome the track positioning issues, just do a mixdown or bounce out of StudioOne, and start the bounce at 0, so all the exported tracks start at the same time. Or, you could also start your recordings at 0 all the time, too. Either method works. Monitoring in Auria is easy. You just enable Rec...

Re: Questiions before I buy, specific to presonus
Moving audio back and forth between Auria and Studio one is easy. it can be done using Dropbox or iTunes File Sharing. However, Studio One does not support AAF (yet at least), so you can't do things like move your edits and faded across. Only the audio files themselves. I've never actually done that...

Re: Questiions before I buy, specific to presonus
Presonus assured me they already fixed the issue, and it's going to appear in a future firmware update. I don't know when, though. I would guess it won't be too long. Yes, we connected the 1818vsl to an ADAT-compatible preamp, and recorded 16 tracks at once (all XLR). You should be able to move trac...

Re: First cpu overload
Frozen tracks don't take up any RAM or CPU, so even on an iPad 1, you could have as many frozen tracks as you like (up to 24), and it won't take any additional resources, other than disk space of course. So several tracks of frozen THM and an active one should be no problem on an iPad 1. I would con...
