Re: Cut off a beginning section of a wav

Steve, Welcome! What you need to do is tap and hold near the bottom corners of the region. Once you see the large arrow appear, you simply drag left or right to trim the region. It might help to zoom in vertically (and/or horizontally) to make the region larger and easier to see the corners. You don...

Re: Prevent autosleep

We already had this for recording, but I think it also makes sense to disable sleep when Auria is playing as well. I've added it to the next update. Thanks for the suggestion.

Nope, not yet. Hopefully today or tomorrow. We're testing at this point. All the fixes are done. I'll definitely post when I submit the update.

Re: Another Reverb Bug

I couldn't duplicate this here. This is what I did: 1. Add ClassicVerb to a track 2. Set all controls in ClassicVerb to 0 (full left) 3. Close project by loading another project 4. Load project again 5. Open track with ClassicVerb on it. 6. ClassicVerb still has all controls set full left Also, I tr...

Re: Recording Live Band

iPad apps have no way of adjusting settings on a USB device. The only exceptions are devices specifically made for an iPad (Meteor Mic, etc). So any adjustments needed (gain, monitor mix, etc) must be done using the control panel software that comes with the interface (like MixControl in the case of...

Re: New Focusrite Drivers Released

OK, thanks. For one thing, I would recommend disabling your auto-lock when doing any kind of recording, as the USB device gets reset every time the iPad comes out of sleep. Auria already disables your auto-lock when actually recording, but it's still possible for it to go to sleep while sitting idle...

Re: New Focusrite Drivers Released

@Muttlee23

Where do you have your headphones plugged in? If you use the iPad's own headphone jack while you have a USB device plugged in, you'll get clicking like this.

Re: White noise playing on a frozen track

We've fixed several bugs in the freeze function, which will appear in the next update. It's likely that these bug fixes will address this problem as well.

Thanks,

Re: Cannot Solo master effect return

These solo buttons are disabled when Auria is in "solo safe" mode. Check that in your settings first. Solo safe will control those aux return solo buttons automatically for you.

Re: New Focusrite Drivers Released

Under iOS 5, we are limited to only 2 channels of output - 1 & 2. If there's a bug you'd like me to report to Focusrite, please let me know what it is exactly, and I'll let them know asap. Also, are you saying the distortion you're hearing goes away after unplugging and replugging? Try changing the ...

Re: "Make Unique" on a audio region

I believe the reason you're experiencing this is because all of your regions are copies of the same original audio clip. If this is the case, the only way to avoid this is to use AudioCopy / Paste when copying and pasting (this create new audio out of your selection when pasting) , or do several bou...
