Re: v2.11 available

Are you using an official Apple CCK? Apple locked down on 3rd party ones in a recent iOS update.

Re: Parallel processing behaviour

Thanks for the reply.

I'm aware of the ability to do this. I just don't understand why you can't maintain use of the original channel and send a copy to a bus at the same time. It keeps things cleaner.

Many thanks.

Parallel processing behaviour

Are there any plans to allow you to send an audio channel to a bus and still keep the original channel being sent to the Master as well, so you can process both the original channel and the bus independently? For parallel processing, it would make life a lot easier, unless I'm missing something. Tha...

Re: Piano roll Midi note move behaviour

I appreciate you taking the time to explain and walk me through the drawing mode Rim.

I'll try to adapt to this new way of working. I'm sure I'll get along with it once I'm used to it.

Thanks a lot for your support,

Best regards,
Dan

Re: Piano roll Midi note move behaviour

Hi Rim, I do a lot of midi work in my projects, and tend to input midi data through performance using an external keyboard most of the time. I primarily use the matrix editor for cleaning up, correcting and polishing a performance. Because of this, I don't use the draw function very often. I underst...

Re: Piano roll Midi note move behaviour

Hi Rim, After working more in the matrix editor since discovering that you need to zoom to drag notes around, I'm really finding it clumsy to have to zoom in each time I want to drag something. Would it be possible to remove the need to zoom to hold and drag notes around? It would really help my wor...

Re: v2.04 available

Thanks a lot Rim!

Any idea when the "midi region join" innacuracy and "midi data falling out of time when changing project tempo" issues will be fixed?

Many thanks for your excellent support.

Re: Parallel Mix Bus

On further thought, I imagine I can use two buses; one wet and one dry, and send all required tracks to both of them. Then I can blend between them before sending them to the master.

It adds an extra step, but should work.

Does anybody else do this already?

Parallel Mix Bus

Hi all, I'm trying to replicate the mix bus technique used in this video using Auria instead of Pro Tools: http://youtu.be/0eL2-I1Hf1Q Unfortunately, I can't find a way to send a copy of a track to a bus, because channels in Auria Pro can be sent to the master L/R OR buses, but not both. Are there a...

Re: Piano roll Midi note move behaviour

Hi Rim, This video here describes what I'm talking about, from around 8:45 onwards. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dKxXPiTrY_w I described it as a safety mechanism because I'd seen this video a while ago, and I'd incorrectly remembered it as being an official Wavemachine Labs video, which, of course...

Piano roll Midi note move behaviour

Hi Rim, Would it be possible to add an option to turn the 'safety' mechanism off in the piano roll that stops you accidentally moving midi notes, by forcing you to turn Multi Select on to enable the "tap and hold" then drag action? I find it terribly distracting in my workflow to have to e...

Re: Midi Quantize Deletes Notes

I'm also struggling in my workflow with Auria deleting overlapping notes. It happens a lot while I'm drawing new midi notes in pre-recorded sections, as I'll draw a note between two others, and the resulting note starts out at a length that lands on top of the next midi note and deletes it, unless I...

Midi "region join" Bug

Hi Rim, I've been working on a drum part for a song in Auria 2.02 (now 2.03) and after creating small regions for each phrase and copying and pasting them to form the structure of the complete song, I've tried to join some of these smaller regions together to form regions for each song section (vers...
