Re: Track going from mono to stereo

So I mixed down to a single wav file, with only that track, as mono. If I listen to that track in Dropbox, or import it into Multitrack DAW, it’s a mono file. At least, I can hear it on both channels. If I import it back into Auria, into a mono track, it’s one side only.

I’m very, very confused.

Re: Track going from mono to stereo

It's almost certainly because there is a stereo plugin on the track. There’s absolutely nothing on this track now. I took the limiter off the master as well, completely removed it from the slot, and the Pro DS and Compressor from the individual track slot as well. And as soon as I bounce it, it goe...

Re: Track going from mono to stereo

Anthony, I had plugins on it from the start of recording this track and it was fine. I removed them after the problem developed and it till does the same. I created a mono track and tried to send the problem track to that, same thing, it went in stereo. I don’t understand how a mono track becomes st...

Track going from mono to stereo

How can i be that I can create a track as a mono track, and then when I record on it, it records stereo, on one channel? Also, I have a track that is mono, recorded in mono yesterday, and today, I go to overdub, and it records in stereo, in one channel? And how is it that when I bounce that track in...

Re: Removing Bleed Through

I think at this point in time, I’m going to give. Getting a great pickup and pickup sound would be helpful, I could then at least have a single guitar sound. But for what I’m doing, I’ll probably just do the tracks seperately.

Removing Bleed Through

I have moved from writing/recording instrumental guitar, to writing and recording songs. If I want to record live, with both vocal and acoustic guitar at the same time, I of course get bleed through. I have cardiod mics, and I need to figure out their fields a bit better, but right now, I’m getting ...

Thanks So Much, Rim and Co. Merry Christmas

Rim, just want to say, thanks for this amazing software. I don’t participate as much as I should in the forum, or testing. But damn, I love this software. It’s made my creative life a pleasure. Long may you run. :D

Re: Transients/Bouncing Issues

I gather there is nothing known, or I would have got a reply. I got so angry, I ended up just cutting the last part of my track off, to re-record. I went back in today, decided to adjust a note again, and as I set it to Warp, the entire wave signature disappeared, making it of course impossible to w...

Transients/Bouncing Issues

I have a fairly simple project, an acoustic guitar and electric bass. I’m trying to tidy up the bass part before I figure out which pieces to re-record. I’m getting a ton of weirdness, some things I’ve seen before. I’d bounce the track just when originally recording, to make my overdubs into a singl...

File Image Upload to SoundCloud

When I go to upload the mix to SoundCloud, and I can pick an image, when I tap on the image button, the activity box starts to jump. It flashes up and down. I can’t pick a file, I can’t cancel. I have to kill Auria. I’m using the latest versions of Auria, iOS and Chrome on an iPad Pro 9.7” Obviously...

Screen redraw problems?

Was working on a fairly simple piece, two tracks of audio, to two busses, to four more tracks. Was doing a bit of audio stretching, went back to the mixer screen, and a good chunk of the widgets were missing, knobs in particular. Had to kill and restart. No audio problems, but just wondering if this...

Re: Auria Midi is a bad joke

I import midi files all the time, and it works very well. Are you sure the file is being exported correctly?

Small life hack. Insulting people when looking for help is generally not conducive to being taken seriously.

Re: “Real Time” bounce track to audio?

The way to do a real time bounce is with buss assignment. Assign the track you want to bounce to a bus (buss 3 for instance). Now assign that same bus (3) as the input for the track you want to bounce to. The bounce is a record in real time. Or just create a new audio track, set the input to master...
