Re: v2.11 available

Since this update, my Gog files are not showing up. I have used funbox to find them and then deleted and copied over again but still no sign of them in Aurio Pro.

Any ideas?

Re: New update has gremlins

After Drumagog restored, I tried restore all purchases and it worked. I didn't log out of iTunes or reboot the iPad.

I just need to get a refund for Drumagog now but all good again.

Re: New update has gremlins

It's not possible for apple to charge for for something you already bought. However, remember that every version of Auria (regular, pro and LE) is a separate app, with its own in-app purchases. So if you own both Auria and Auria Pro for example, and you bought drumagog inside Auria, that doesn't me...

Re: New update has gremlins

I just tried one ofthe Fab Filters Q2 ironically and that worked fine so I tried Drumagog and it has started to download and promptly charged me £19.99 even though I have already purchased it.

Do I now have to speak to Apple about that?

Still the same unfortunately. I rebooted iPad just in case but it made no difference.

Re: New update has gremlins

We tested this here, too. No issues with restoring. It's possible this is somehow related to the cloud outage today. Have you tried again later? Rim Hi Rim, yes I have tried again today and it is the same. See below for screenshot. I don't use JamUp so can't speak for that one but I can also confir...

New update has gremlins

I have just done the latest update to fix issues with Jam Up Plugins and all my Fabfilters have disappeared and I cannot restore them from the iTunes store. I get an error message saying "There as an error restoring your purchase:0 Cannot connect to iTunes store" I can connect to iTunes store outsid...

Re: Cost of apps

Apple hiked up UK prices last month to allow for the decline of the pound against the dollar. It was supposed to be 25% but I have seen 30%+ In reality it was just an excuse to increase revenue overnight because as you rightly say, £1 does not equal $1 or €1. Given the true exchange rate, Pro R now ...

Re: Guitarists - Positive Grid JamUp or Overloud THM?

I've spent a lot of money on these apps and even though Yonac is my preferred choice, it spluttered too much when I tried to use a split setup on an iPad Air 2 so I dropped it. I'm a bass player and I have now invested in fabfilter plugins including Saturn and Timeless2 which between them do just ab...

Re: Auria Pro crash

Hi Rim, in both instances I was "undoing" several actions. The first one that crashed I was undoing quite a few actions to get back to a certain point. I would say at least 9/10 undos. The second time was less but still a string of undos. Each project had mutiple tracks and some of them had effects ...

Re: Deleting obsolete .wav files

Anthony, thanks for your detailed explanation. I appreciate the time you took to answer. "Clean up Project" is certainly the answer for me. Most, if not all the redundant recordings are there because they have been redone usually due to messing it up in the first place or just trying to get a better...

Deleting obsolete .wav files

Having had to reconstruct two recordings that crashed I noticed that in the project file every piece of recording is saved even the redundant attempts that are not used. This eats space of course and I wondered if it would be possible to clean up a project once finished and delete all the recordings...

Re: Auria Pro crash

This is the second time AuriaPro has crashed after a lot of intensive work recording a track. It crashes randomly and then I cannot get back into AuriaPro without renaming the crashed file. Everything else works fine except the corrupt file. Everytime I try to load it, it crashes. I rename it and tr...

Re: IAA recording

I went through the same thing with IAAs and eventually took the plunge with Fabfilters. While not cheap compared to other IAAs, they are worth every penny. I bought Pro-Q2, Pro-G, Pro-C2 and Saturn and they are fantastic. To get the best out of them they also force you into really learning about mix...
