Stereo Panner
Does anyone have any experience using any kind of stereo panner effect with Auria? Basically, I'm looking for something that will pan two stereo tracks to add depth to the original track. I know that there are some that can be downloaded, but thought I'd see if anyone has any direct experience using...

Later in time.Funjunkie27 wrote:What direction are you trying to move the notes...earlier in time or later? If you're trying to move them earlier, you might be changing the note length, rather than the position, which would make them seem to disappear if moved far enough.

Re: Moving Midi Data
OK, I changed it from "draw" mode, but I'm still having the same problem. Could it be that I'm having a problem because I have all the notes in the sequence selected to try and move? It's pretty easy to do this with audio files, but the midi seems to be giving me a problem. I'm trying to g...

Moving Midi Data
I'm trying to move Midi data to align it with the notation grid. I choose "select all," then slide it over to the point I need it with my finger and poof! It's gone!! What am I missing here?

Quantizing Sections
Rim, congratulations on a job well done with the release of Auria Pro. I'd be curious to hear how the software is doing on the Apple App Store. I hope the sales are commensurate with the quality of this product, which would mean brisk! I am getting pretty deep into a project here where I've tracked ...

Thanks, guess that answers that.Rim wrote:The convolution reverb requires a large buffer size (4096), and Audiobus doesn't support sizes that large.

Re: ASK THE RECORDING EXPERTS
Awesome. So I guess you can't be running Audiobus Mode and use the convolution reverb?Washboy wrote:Check "Menu -> Settings -> Audiobus Mode" or look just to the left of the project name (in Mixer View) for the word "Audiobus" in yellow.

Re: ASK THE RECORDING EXPERTS
I'm getting an error message when I try and access convolution reverb; it says, "convolution reverb cannot be used in Audiobus mode due to the low latency requirements in Audiobus." I've exited the program and I cancelled out of Audiobus, but I'm still getting this message. Any thoughts on...

This worked; that gave me what I was looking for.Washboy wrote:Otherwise you could simply mixdown to stems ("Menu -> Mixdown" and select 'Stems' instead of 'WAV' for the 'File Type').

Thanks, I'll give that a try!Washboy wrote:If the destination DAW supports AAF project transfer format, you could try "Menu -> AAF File -> Export to AAF". Otherwise you could simply mixdown to stems ("Menu -> Mixdown" and select 'Stems' instead of 'WAV' for the 'File Type').

Re: ASK THE RECORDING EXPERTS
I have recorded a project in Auria. I then transferred the files of the individual tracks over to my computer so that I could send them to someone. Unfortunately, I realized that instead of just importing one file over for the bass track, for example, the single track was broken up into several file...
