Re: The "Auria Wishlist Thread"

I would love to see Convolution Reverb updated with the ability to use multiple IR files for a single track and blend the results, ala LeCab and other desktop IR plugins. This is great for emulating multiple cab/mic setups. You can pull this off in Auria in its current form, you just need to duplica...

Re: Overloud THM

That is very scary indeed; I'm very glad you walked away from it. Get better soon and don't worry about the vid, your health and getting back on track are definitely #1! The latest video is appreciated though; we should all look long and hard at our habits and think about what we can do to help prev...

Re: Overloud THM

Awesome, I'm really looking forward to seeing that one. Running multiple instances of Overloud is what I love the most about it. I'd love to see a Bias plugin someday since I think you can bypass the cab. I'm sure I'll still have the occasional case for re-amping a track in another app (like for the...

Re: Overloud THM

Ha! That was my problem back when I first started recording. I laid down a few tracks and wondered after the fact why they sounded so "muddy" when all played together. That's when I learned that when recording for a mix, turning everything to "11" was no longer ideal (among many ...

Re: Overloud THM

Hey Derek. The video you made about using cab impulses in Overloud THM was a game changer for me. I bought Overloud THM immediately and changed my workflow entirely after that (namely, Audiobus hasn't got much use since). I'm definitely looking forward to hearing more about your signal chain, and mo...

Re: Lost song

This did happen to me once, but only on a project that had a few scratch drum tracks to try out Drumagog. FWIW, the only thing I could think of that may remove things (intentionally or otherwise) was the "auto file cleanup" feature, so I turned it off afterwards just in case that was the c...

Re: Recording Mulitple AudioBus 2 channels

I would have assumed Auria would need to be updated after AB2 was release to fully support it, but I could be wrong.

Re: The "Auria Wishlist Thread"

Here are a few minor things I had in mind after using Auria more and more: - Region renaming (I know this has come up before, I'm just tossing another vote out) - Named regions ("Verse A", "Chorus B", "Solo", etc) - Option to Show/Hide the section below the menu that in...

Re: Help?! How do I delete the demo song??

I'm not sure about doing it from within Auria directly. However, if you download iFunBox, you can browse the files under Auria and just delete the folder for The Approach.

Re: Bug with Drumagog and Freezing

I did some more playing around, and discovered that in least my case, it was only to do with the locators. I was playing the tracks in a tight loop so I could mess around with the different GoG files in real time and decide on the samples for each track. If your tracks aren't frozen, cymbals at the ...

Re: Bug with Drumagog and Freezing

@Rim, were you ever able to repro this? I just had this happen to me tonight. I have 4 tracks total for experimentation purposes (kick, snare, ride and hi hat). If I freeze everything but the ride track, playback of the ride track sounds fine. If I freeze the ride (which has 4 hits total in the loop...

Re: Ipad air happy but sad

Yup that makes sense, thanks for the response Anthony. I'll keep that in mind once I start tracking some songs if the CPU starts going too crazy.

Re: Ipad air happy but sad

Thanks. Here is what I do when I am close to wanting to hear the final mix but my cpu is goin nuts. I take the tracks that I feel are really great and that I'm pretty sure I won't be tweaking too much more. I solo that track and render it, that is ,mix it down. Make sure to name it as such like Gui...
