Re: 64GB or 128GB?
Very helpful reply, drock! I video tape live jazz performances in my studio. I work with a trio most of the time. Drums get two mics. Piano and upright bass each get one. Add one or two more mic tracks for guests. A recording session rarely goes over two hours. And I seriously doubt that I'd ever ne...

Can someone give me a very rough idea how many minutes of uninterrupted recording (8 simultaneous mic tracks) I might be able to cram into 64GB? Any one here sorry they di...

Re: Focusrite Saffire Pro 40
Saffire won't work with iPads unfortunately. Only the Scarlett series is iPad compatible. Rim Thank you for responding, RIm. Good thing I asked. I almost bought the Scarlett thinking I could make the Saffire work with it via standalone/ADAT (I have no idea what this means yet). Perhaps I can get an...

Focusrite Saffire Pro 40
Hi! First post here. I gather from this forum that the Focusrite Scarlet 18i8 will make the Saffire Pro 40 available to Auria via some sort of special connection (I am currently only familiar with firewire/laptop connection). If this correct, will the smaller and less expensive Scarlet boxes make Sa...
