I may have solved the problem. Track thirteen was the first track with issues. I did tests recording with iPad, in built mic, on all tracks and found track thirteen onwards wasn't capturing wave files. I deleted track thirteen to 18 and added new tracks, then retested. I'm using an iPad 4 with 64 gig but this problem began on an iPad 2 with 16 gig. I changed iPads because the gig was running out and I thought that was causing the issue.

Last night I hooked up an 8 mic set up and set to record on a new project and everything ran as you would hope.

This same thing happened before last update and on another iPad.
Also I have read a post in "bug reports" by Drock that sounds like the same problem I'm experiencing.
If there is no quick fix I will move on to another project till next update. Cheers.
