Question. If you hookup an audio interface with monitors and play music on your iPad, should it play out of the monitors?

The headphones were plugged into the Scarlett, not the iPad. I tried a couple reboots of the iPad, thinking the same thing, to no avail. I'll mess with it more over the weekend and report back. A good suggestion, and I saw it worked for a Presonus 1818 user in another thread. No dice, though. I restored to factory defaults using MixControl, then to the iPad DAW mappings. Still no sound. Manually checked everything after loading in the presets, too, nothing is down all the way.

I'm a newbie to Auria and to the Scarlett 18i6, but no newbie to DAWs and multi-track recording. This makes my problem a little embarrassing, but I can't get this combo to actually play sound through my monitors or headphones. It's capturing the sounds fine and will play back through the iPad speake...
