bug: pasting regions from one track to another glitch

say i have 8 tracks in my project all with regions in them. if i double-tap+drag to create a selection area around a group of regions (say regions on tracks 2-4), then tap on track 7 targeting it(blue highlighting the actual track head, far left) then edit>paste, the regions from 2-4 that i copied a...

Re: New Bug

also currently sometimes the multiselect-lock button stops working: i.e when i double tap the multi select button while the button's flashing, the lock doesn't happen(even after restarting auria). if i load up other projects, it works in them. once it's stuck not working in particular projects it wi...

Re: New Bug

also the most obvious glitch for me with the multi select tool goes like this: 1. have a track with like 3 regions in it(if on, turn the multiselection tool off) 2. tap to select one of the regions( in this case, pick the far right one) 3. now tap in the white outside of the region to deselct it 4. ...

i see. at least the screen can still be manually scrolled while recording; which doesnt seem to effect the playback/recording quality

Re: New Bug

@rim - here's a recent project that demonstrates the freeze track clipping we're talking about. will leave the link up for a few days:

bug: Pasted regions loose fades+crossfades

if you make a selection area(d-tap+drag) around many regions with fades or crossfades, then edit>copy then edit>paste, all the pasted regions will loose their fade in/fade out or crossfade settings. also if you use the multi-select tool to copy/paste(or just edit>duplicate) several regions with cros...

Re: The "Auria Wishlist Thread"

yet another wishes for the list - i bet these would fit easily into current functionality and would really help increase workflow in auria i think: the selection area(double tap+drag) allows "edit>cut" or edit>delete region - to easily remove or cut many regions across multiple tracks at once menu>a...

save project copy bug + create new folder bug

to be safe, i've started trying to make regular iterations of projects as i'm working on them. i decided it would be easiest and most organized to have each project(and all iterations of it) all kept within it's own subfolder. i ran into a couple bugs along the way of doing this: 1. menu>new project...

Re: The "Auria Wishlist Thread"

i know others have requested the option to be able to rename regions(which i definitely ++) but it would also be nice to be able to rename audio files within the file browser(like a rename button next to the delete button when you swipe left>right on a file?). or if not the above then: when you give...

Re: New Bug

Another thing i've noticed was that freezing will lead to some kind of clipping. It made some of my tracks louder than they already were and i don't know really why. Could've been due to my master fx settings or something, but when i hit unfreeze it sounded alright again... - i actually i ran into ...

audiopaste window - minor ui bug?

this is a minor one i stumbled across accidentally; definitely not a show stopper - just figured i'd mention it anyway so you guys are aware: steps to repro: 1. edit>audiopaste (opens up the AP menu) 2. edit>audiopaste (opens up a 2nd AP menu right on top of the first - you'll know this if you chang...

Re: Unused files cleanup

thanks for the response rim! also, sorry to beat a dead horse on this topic(feel free to not response), but simply wanted to bring to light another related item: often times i'm trying to hit "edit>delete track" but accidentally i hit audiopaste instead, which is how i found this: after the trademar...

Re: mixdown + import as new track bug

sorry that IS confusing. i should have mentioned once the first mixdown is imported to a new track (track 2), track 2 should also be muted as well(or deleted), before attempting steps 6&7 again - or then track 2 will obviously come through in the second mixdown. technically the second mixdown should...

mixdown + import as new track bug

i've been having to make several mixdowns of a track to try and iron it out but in the process have been running into a strange issue. here's how you can repro it: 1. create new empty project, make a new track1, drop an audio file on it 2. choose file>mixdown 3. mixdown settings: filename: "x.wav"(v...
