Re: 102 tracks Mixed & Mastered with AuriaPro

Great mix Anthony, crystal clear, I can perfectly hear all the details and the analog warmth is just beautiful. What compressor did you use on the voice? Is it the PSP channel strip or the FF C2? Thanks Rodolfo. On the vocal I used the PsP channel strip compressor, a proC , PsP Oldtimer, Saturn, Pr...

Re: 102 tracks Mixed & Mastered with AuriaPro

Anthony, what is your current hardware setup (minus outboard processors)? Hi Corey, I have a ton of outboard hardware gear but to narrow it down to the basic audio hardware chain is; An iPad Pro 1 into the Orion 32 A/D/D/A converter into my 1987 Soundcraft 200b analog mixer into 2 Tonelux OTB16 sum...

102 tracks Mixed & Mastered with AuriaPro

Here is the latest mix leaving my studio. It was a 102 track project. All mixing and mastering done on AuriaPro using Aurias built in plugins, no Auv3 or IAA but I did use Aurias Fabfilter plugins. Mastered chain ProQ,ProMB,Saturn,Volcano Exciter,ProR,ProL2. Final mastering run through my Ampex ATR1...

Re: Pitch Change Problem

After making a recording, I noticed that there is a significant pitch/key change in the music. When listening to the recording on Auria Pro and through Focusrite Scarletti 18i8 first generation, the pitch is correct. However, if I disconnect from Scarletti and listen from the ipad speaker, the pitc...

Re: Auria and X touch

I sure wish they would at least automate pan?? It can’t be that hard?? The problem is that the iPad is a touch device unlike a desktop. MCU control allows for the Daw software to recognize that you touched the pan control on the MCU controller and it’s position like the faders do in Auria. In other...

Re: Auria and X touch

Unfortunately I don’t think there will be anymore updates to the MCU features in Auria any time soon. The good thing is that Auria still has more software control than any other iOS Daw. Cheers and thanks for using AuriaPro.

Re: Auria and X touch

Your settings are correct. The X Touch is an MCU controller. HUI is only available on the X-Touch but not the X-Touch compact or the X-Touch mini. HUI is really only meant for use with Pro Tools and not any other software as MCU is more integrated with the software and offers more control over the s...

Re: Can’t say what’s the real Db volume on automation

It is easy to copy your automation from one track to another. Simply double tap, hold and drag to create the grey area over the automation points you wish to copy, tap copy. Now select the track to copy to by taping the tracks header, tap paste. Your automation should now be copied. To copy an entir...

Re: Question about fader section.

No these marks represent Peak level and RMS level. RMS is the average lodness and Peak is the loudest measurement. Your input level is only on the channel strip when the track is engaged to record and that input level is set by your own input (ie. turn your mic pre gain up or down) or tap and hold t...
