Re: List of Drumagog samples?

Lizardking, You should do a full reinstall of Auria--back up anything you'd like to save using iTunes File Sharing or DropBox and then delete Auria. Reinstall it, go to the in-app store, and press "Restore Purchases". This should properly activate Drumagog and you should be up and running....

Re: Some drumagog questions

Drumagog in Auria doesn't contain any brushes, but the additional bonus samples we provide with proof of purchase contains a handful of brush samples (approx. 10). The full, desktop version of Drumagog contains more, and, you can use it to create your own Gog Files (which can be used cross-platform ...

Re: Drumagog bonus content

Hello, Strizbiz--you should have received the email yesterday. If you still haven't, please check your Spam folder or other email filters you may be using. The Drumagog plugin comes bundled with six categories--Acoustic Kicks, Snares, and Toms, as well as Electronic Kicks, Snares, and Toms. The extr...

Re: Focusrite Scarlett 18i20 - Update: 24 96k Recording in A

Hi Pete,

We've tested the 18i20 again with the latest firmware (released in March 2014) and unfortunately there are still issues that prevent it from running at 96k. Focusrite is aware of this, so hopefully it will be addressed on their end soon.

Best,

Chris

Re: Focusrite 6i6 with ipad and mackie mixer

This sounds like a routing issue with the 6i6. Connect the 6i6 to your computer, open Scarlett MixControl (this is the Focusrite software that is used to change the internal settings of the 6i6--download it from their website if you do not have it). With the device connected, change the routing to '...

Re: Focusrite 6i6 with ipad and mackie mixer

Hello, Sorry you're having trouble. Let's start from the end result you hope to achieve: your guitar with added FX coming from your monitors. If your monitors are connected to an output pair on the Mackie mixer, then you'll need to connect the outputs of the 6i6 to a line-in pair on the Mackie. I'm ...

Re: Where do I find morevov loops?

It sounds like you are trying to delete the active project. Try starting a new project, going to "Open Project", and deleting the projects you want to get rid of from here (swipe across the name of the project to reveal the delete button). If you have any other questions feel free to email...

Re: How does Auria manage memory?

The memory meter actually displays how much you have available to you, not how much is in use. This explains why you have high readings on small projects and low readings on big projects. Closing background apps is always imperative, and sometimes a hard-reset of the iPad is helpful. Later in the pr...

Re: Where do I find morevov loops?

Try doing a 'Restore Purchases' from the in-app store, or, simply purchasing the Loops again. Assuming you successfully purchased them the first time, you shouldn't be charged twice. If that doesn't work, you may have to do a reinstall of Auria. Back up anything you'd like to keep, delete Auria, and...

Re: OverloudThm on iPad 3

Hello,

We've done some further testing and are experiencing new issues with the Focusrite 18i8 following an update to their latest firmware. We'll be getting in touch with them to see how we can resolve these issues.

Re: Focusrite 6i6 with ipad and mackie mixer

Yes--If you prefer plugging your guitar into the mixer, then all you need to do is send audio from one of the outputs on your mixer to an input on the 6i6. Then, you'll be able to record that signal into Auria on your iPad.

Best,

Chris
