is there such a thing as auria pro customer support a phone number or emal address?

i cant load auria project zip files from audioshare ot dropbox amymore yet my the space on ipad mini 9.35 keeps dropping. i erase the the inbox from both the load project menu amd the imprt file menu as well. not being able to load auria project zips just happened recently -
